Poster 40

This is Poster Forty of my Daily* Series. Following some concepts of previous posters, I was excited to use multiple forms of media to create this poster. A friend traveling to the opposite side of the world inspired the use of an airplane to be the key visual element of this poster, but I wanted to try something new style-wise. I have been experimenting with the single-line style of drawing as of late and this was a great opportunity to put it on a poster. I wanted to viewers attention to focus on the airplane illustration, so I kept the typographic elements simple and timeless to not draw too much attention away from the focal point of the poster.
